This hotel exceeded our expectations during our Easter stay. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and cafes. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to see. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great touch. Being able to connect to the reliable and fast Wi-Fi was also a plus.
There were a few things that could be improved. Our room was not as clean as we expected, with some dust and cobwebs in corners.

This hotel was an unexpectedly great choice for my business trip. First of all, the location was perfect. It allowed me to easily get to all my meetings, and also explore the city during my free time. the staff was extremely polite and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Lastly, the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed.
That the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely needed more attention to detail.

perfect location with easy access to everything, spacious and clean rooms, friendly and cooperative staff, and comfortable bed. Magnolia restaurant down the street was also a great option for food.

My recent stay at the Aster Heritage was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, with Flurys just next door and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Naren da, was extremely helpful and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts, Divya and her mom, were warm and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kolkata. I had a wonderful experience and would stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area with plenty of nearby dining options. the room and bathroom are spacious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. the building is unique and interesting. There is also a restaurant nearby with great food and service.
The hotel is located on a busy junction, resulting in constant traffic noise that can be heard in the rooms.
